Jiu-Jitsu
Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art created in Japan many centuries ago. Over the last century the Brazilian family Gracie has changed and extended many techniques from the original martial art. Now this style is known as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. The high level grappling techniques will help the smaller people fight bigger opponents and that makes it very suitable for women and children. The players will spend most of the time on the ground trying to put the opponent into a submission lock or choke by using smooth grappling techniques.
Judo
Judo was founded by Dr. Jigro Kano in 1882. He developed Judo from Jiu-Jitsu in order to create a less harmful martial art. Nowadays Judo is an Olympic sport famous all over the world. Practicing Judo will develop physical power, strength and self-descipline.
KickBoxing
KickBoxing is one of the most famous martial arts. Using gloves and other body pats for protection. The fighters are allowed to strike in the body or head of the opponent which makes that sport very close to street fighting.
Wrestling
Freestyle wrestling is an Olympic sport that developes stamina, power and strength with a complex exercises. Creating good body co-ordination and balance, wrestling is one of the most calorie burning fighting sports. The fighter will learn how to dominate the fight and control the opponent on both the ground and in standing positions.
